We're Hiring a Front Desk Administrator! 

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and well organized individual to join our team as our Front Desk Administrator. 

To be successful as a Front Desk Administrator at Mealtime Connections our ideal candidate would be:

Front Desk Administrator Responsibilities

  • Front Desk and Phone Duties:

    • Greet clients and inform the treating therapist of their arrival 

    • Collect client payment

    • Answer phones and check voicemails, return calls, and update call logs

    • Complete client COVID screening process prior to, and at patient check in 

    • Be available to help clients and staff with miscellaneous tasks or questions


  • Other Clerical Duties:

    • Manage all general emails, copies and scans within the clinic

    • Maintain physician and community contact lists for the clinic

  • Facility Management Duties:

    • Monitor and restock therapy supplies in each treatment room

    • Monitor and help to reorder clinic supplies

    • Complete daily clinic housekeeping duties which include:

      • Gathering and taking out clinic trash

      • Washing, folding, and putting away clinic laundry

      • Emptying and loading clinic dishwashers

      • Wiping down high traffic clinic areas multiple times a day


  • Maintain and complete list of other clinic facility tasks that need to be completed on a regular basis


Front Desk Administrator Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Ability to work 40 hours a week on site in the clinic

  • Received first and second dose of an FDA approved COVID-19 vaccine, including boosters as recommended by the CDC

  • Willingness to adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect patients' privacy

  • Compassion and empathy for helping others, specifically children and families

  • Basic computer skills required, advanced computer skills preferred

  • Be able to take direction from multiple people

  • Be a good communicator

  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina, including lifting up to 45 pounds

  • Ability to safely manage ascending and descending a flight of stairs 

  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred, but not required
